We collect the information you provide when creating an account and using the app — such as your name, email address, bill details, and notification preferences. We also collect basic session data to keep you logged in.
We do not collect bank credentials, card numbers, or any financial account information. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Your data is used solely to operate Billz Mate — to manage your account, store your bills, send reminders, and process your subscription. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising or profiling.
We use Stripe for payment processing and an email provider to deliver reminders. These services receive only what's necessary to perform their function. We do not share your data with any other third parties, except where required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are never stored in plain text. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. For any other requests — including data export or account removal — contact us directly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. The Last updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
